Interview Information

We schedule interviews on Thursdays at 11:30 and 12:00 during the school year.  Our co-op is in session so after the meeting with our committee, we'll be happy to take you around and let you see how we operate.  This meeting is very informal and designed to answer your questions and see what we can offer each other.  Our goal is a win-win situation between each family and the Teen Learning Center.  Children are welcome to attend and ask questions also, but not required to do so.    

As there are a limited number of openings, admission will depend on which classes new families are willing to teach.  We are also interested to learn what your family is looking for in the way of classes being offered.

                    1929 W. Arrowood Road
                     Charlotte, NC 28217

Parking:  Please park on very left side of building.  All Teen Learning Center participants must enter/exit through this end of the building. Please do not use any other doorway or stairway.

Building:    The doors on the end of the downstairs hallway, leading to the church offices are not to be entered.

  1. Take I-77 SOUTH toward CHARLOTTE
  2. Take exit #6B/NC-49 SOUTH toward S TRYON ST SOUTH - go 0.3 mi
  3. Turn RIGHT on S TRYON ST - go 3.3 mi
  4. Turn LEFT on W ARROWOOD RD - go 0.4 mi
  5. Arrive at 1929 W ARROWOOD RD, CHARLOTTE, on the RIGHT

From Rock Hill and points South:

  1. I-77 NORTH toward CHARLOTTE
  2. Take exit #2/ARROWOODRD - go 1.0 mi
  3. Turn LEFT on W ARROWOOD RD - go 0.9 mi
  4. Turn LEFT into 1929 W ARROWOOD RD, CHARLOTTE

From Gastonia, Mount Holly and points west via I-85:

  1. I-85 NORTH toward CHARLOTTE
  2. Take exit #30 onto I-485 SOUTH toward PINEVILLE - go 8.7 mi
  3. Take exit #1/NC-49 toward S TYRON ST - go 0.3 mi
  4. Turn LEFT on S TRYON ST [NC-49] - go 0.6 mi
  5. Turn RIGHT on W ARROWOOD RD - go 0.4 mi
  6. Arrive at 1929 W ARROWOOD RD, CHARLOTTE, on the RIGHT

From Matthews, Mint Hill, and points East:

  1. I-485 SOUTH toward PINEVILLE
  2. Take exit #1/NC-49 toward S TRYON ST - go 0.3 mi
  3. Turn RIGHT on S TRYON ST [NC-49] - go 0.4 mi
